Returns and Exchanges

At Twirly Tots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy. Please read the details below for how to process returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or the receipt.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Personalized or customized products
    • Gift cards
    • Underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel (if applicable)

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to care@twirlytots.com with your order details, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the Item Back: After receiving your RA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  4. Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a store credit or refund (based on your preference). You can use the store credit to purchase the item you'd like to exchange it for.

Please note that if you need to exchange for a different item, you may need to place a new order for the replacement item and follow the return process for the original purchase.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item sent).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer support team at care@twirlytots.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos of the damage or defect, and the issue will be reviewed promptly.
  2. Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return label for returning damaged or incorrect items. You won’t be responsible for the return shipping cost in these cases.

6. Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have any concerns about the return window.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and issue the refund. The amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds can take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
